Jorgensen v. Debco Construction, 115 Wn. App. 1002 (2003).  Successfully appealed a dismissal of plaintiff’s claims for trespass and negligence action against a general contractor for damages to their property resulting from a “dewatering”  process integral to installation of a sanitary sewer system.
